Welcome to Historic Scull Shoals Mill Village in Greene County, Georgia. Scull Shoals is a Historic Recreation Area in the Oconee National Forest. It was home to Georgia’s First Paper Mill, Water-Powered Sawmill, Grist Mill, and Textile Mills.
